Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using InnovexFlow (innovexflow.com), operated by Oz Systems Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

InnovexFlow provides digital business revenue modeling tools, including free guest modeling, cloud-saved analyses, niche benchmarks, and optional paid Full Analysis Reports.

3. Accounts

You may sign in with Google to save analyses. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass paywalls, or scrape AI endpoints.

4. Free preview

Saved analyses include a free preview period (typically 7 days) with access to the moderate scenario and core dashboard features. Preview access expires automatically unless you purchase a Full Analysis Report.

5. Payments — Full Analysis Report ($79 USD)

• One-time fee: $79 USD per analysis unlock. No subscription required.
• What you receive: All three scenarios, compare view, AI Strategy Advisor, AI action plan, PDF export, and permanent access to that specific analysis.
• Payment processor: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Taxes: Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required.

6. Refund policy

Full Analysis Reports are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. All sales are final once the report is unlocked, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If you were charged in error (duplicate payment, technical failure before unlock), contact hello@innovexflow.com within 14 days with your account email and analysis name. We will investigate and refund genuine errors via Stripe.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the business data and assumptions you enter. InnovexFlow retains ownership of the platform, benchmarks, templates, and generated report formatting. Projections and AI outputs are estimates for planning purposes only — not financial, legal, or investment advice.

8. Disclaimer

InnovexFlow is provided "as is". Projections depend on your inputs and assumptions. We do not guarantee accuracy, revenue outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose. Consult qualified professionals before making investment or business decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oz Systems Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
