1. Information We Collect

When you use InnovexFlow, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including features used and time spent.
  • Financial Model Data: Revenue projections and business metrics you enter into the platform. This data is yours and is never shared with third parties.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for platform functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve InnovexFlow services
  • To authenticate your account and maintain session security
  • To communicate product updates and important notices
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Financial models and projections you create are stored exclusively for your account and are not accessed by InnovexFlow employees except where required for technical support you have explicitly requested.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In: Name and email to create or open your InnovexFlow account. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • YouTube API Services: If you connect a YouTube channel, we use YouTube API Services to read public channel metadata, recent upload titles, view counts, and (when you grant it) YouTube Analytics and monetary reports for the last 28 days. We use that data only to show your Actuals, weekly scorecard, and AI advisor inside InnovexFlow. We do not sell YouTube data, use it for ads, or share it with other users. Use of that information is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console: If you connect a site, we read sessions, users, conversions, clicks, and impressions so your model can use real traffic instead of guesses.
  • Google Gemini AI: For AI-powered strategy recommendations. Queries are processed per Google's data usage policies.
  • Stripe: For Guide and Plus subscriptions ($9 / $19 USD per month). We receive your email and payment status, not your full card number.
  • Google Analytics: For aggregated usage statistics (page views, conversions) on innovexflow.com.
  • Google AdSense: For display advertising on public pages if ads are enabled.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google AdSense may set cookies for ad delivery. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your financial model data
  • Disconnect a linked YouTube, GA4, or Search Console property from Actuals, which deletes that snapshot from InnovexFlow
  • Revoke InnovexFlow's Google access at any time from Google Account permissions

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Linked YouTube, GA4, and Search Console snapshots are kept only while that property stays connected. If you disconnect a property or delete your account, we permanently delete that data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
